AJAX Plugin Resolution

The Setup Wizard / Install Page of WP-United should be able to gracefully detect and report incompatible plugins in WordPress.
Currently, WordPress integration is activated by calling it directly, and displaying the result. If we instead call it via AJAX, it can be spawned in the background, and we can catch server 500 errors or PHP errors. We can then repeatedly request the integration, but eliminating plugins one by one until the problem plugin is found. This can then be reported to the user.
