Create a better Roadmap for the Wiki

Currently the roadmap that exists on the wiki ( http://wiki.worldforge.org/wiki/Roadmap ) would be much better to be generated by the LaunchPad API so that it does not require separate maintenance, and potentially become out of date. The roadmap should make clear that it is a listing based on Launchpad and should clearly link to the relevant blueprints where the details can be fully outlined.

Would a milestone element work in this structure, or should that be separate?

I think Stephen Webb mentioned that he could help with implementing this blueprint. -Olek

I think with the new website coming online it would make more sense and be easier to implement a blueprint on that as opposed to in the wiki.
