Description of new lines in label and text note:
Text note: Double clicking on the note opens it up so that the label text can be edited. The user can introduce a new line when Return is pressed, and leaves the note by clicking anywhere outside it.
Label (entering in the property editor): The new line can be introduced with a vertical line symbol (e.g., aaa|bbb|ccc for three-line label).
