Library of templates for frequently used primitives

Example 1) Digital Circuit plugin
When a Function component generator is activated, the Tool controls panel should contain:
  - A drop-down list of predefined gates (e.g. read from Genlib file)

Example 2) STG plugin
When a Transition or Place generator is activated the Tool control panel should have:
 - A drop-down list of predefined STGs (e.g. elementary cycle, ME, OR-causality, etc)
 - A table of signal renaming, so the inserted primitive has user-defined signals.
