Improve STG usability

Usability of the STG plugin needs the following improvements: conversion between transitions into dummies, contraction of transitions.

Currently two arcs , producing and consuming, need to be created in order to model a read-arc. This is inconvenient for polyline and Bezier shapes of these connections. A better option would be to have a separate tool for bi-directional arcs (one visual component, two math connections).
