Advanced encoding of CPOG scenarios

Developing an heuristic for an optimal encoding solution for CPOG representation. New encoder has following capabilities:
1) Synthesise the final mapping circuit trying to minimise area;
2) Compute area of synthesised circuit by using abc tool;
3) Assigning custom op-codes for any scenarios.
