Modification / Standardization of Asset Display

Thumbnails for assets should appear to the left of the details table. (If we do this the details tab will be one size for images and another size for sounds/text). A region of the asset panel should be made available / compatible with a tools area that can receive the collaboration controls we'll be adding later.
