Availlabilty check must be used production lot and tracking

On picking order, when we click on check availability, the computation doesn't search product location for the picking line and always indicate the first location available (FIFO)

If we have a tracking, it was the priority, otherwise if production lot is enter, we must wearch all product location for this production lot, the older movement must be selected.
