Apply last layout to next window in focus chain

For layouts like the 2/3 layout or the one described in the layout-circular blueprint it would be useful to have a hotkey that would apply the last activated layout with the next window in the Alt-TAB focus chain as the active. This would act as a replacement for Alt-TAB keeping the layout applied by WW
