Add a "Files" menu next to Applications

It could be useful (and user friendly) to have a "Files" menu next to "Applications" on WingPanel. "Files" menu would contain short cuts to users folders (Documents, Music, Pictures, Downloads, etc...), a list of the lastest files/documents used and a "Connect to server..." entry. It could be presented in a two colums layout (like Slingshot).

Calling it 'Places' instead of 'Files' and populating it with the gtk-bookmarks would revive gnome 2.

Perhaps this should better be handled in slingshot.
