Use and Style Symbolic Icons

WingPanel should request symbolic variants of icons and apply the visual prettiness, like shadows, to the icons itself. This is consistent with http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/SymbolicIcons and would make making icons for the panel easier. This would also make theming easier as the icons would follow the theme's text color.

I believe this is how GNOME Shell renders icons.
