Use mouse wheel over sound indicator to change volume

This is a very useful feature already implemented in Ubuntu for several releases now.

Instead of clicking the sound indicator to open the sound menu, and then move the volume slider, its much quicker and intuitive to use the mouse wheel over the indicator directly to change the volume. This is an expected and extremely useful feature.
