Remove hardcoded urls, use reverse url resolving

This would fix:
1. Possible broken links
2. Unnecessary redirects – there’s a lot of links without trailing slash in menus that make django to issue a redirect to a proper URL.
Fixed our templates & views. What’s left is a cleanup of various utils.
