Phone contacts

We have a model definition in wikipbx.wikipbxweb.models.PhoneContact, but they're not available anywhere in GUI. Users would be able to create a new contact or have one autocreated on web dialout. Then we'll add autocompetion for all fields where user can enter phone numbers. We could also add a speed dial page (an extra field would be required for storing bound key), possibly even in the dashboard.
