Get rid of ESL

I think that it's better to replace ESL with a pure python function for event socket API access. There have been way to many problems with on different distros. Ideally, it would be a separate library rather than a part of WikiPBX. There already are pure python implementations, but they use twisted - freepy and eventsocket ( http://github.com/fiorix/eventsocket ).
