use unrar deb package instead of compile it

Unrar (non-free version) is available as package directly from the debian/ubuntu repositories.
We could add it to dependencies list and remove the source code.

Carlo el código fuente de unrar-nonfree ha sido ligeramente modificado para que notenga salida(SILENT), y la única salida que tenga, sea entendible por wiithon para mostrar correctamente el avanze de descomprensión en la barra de progreso.
