Lua support as only way to script scenarios and win conditions

The current trigger and events system is hard to work with and inflexible. It should be replaced with a well known scripting language that is easy to embed in host programs and that is easy to learn.
Lua is well suited. By adding Lua support to widelands, we gain more flexibility of what can be done in scenarios while also making the implementation of new scripting features easier.
