Use ccache to speed up rebuilds

When preparing for the libreoffice impress sprint in dresden (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Marketing/Events/ImpressSprint2013).
I realized that they use a nice program to reduce the compile time: ccache (http://ccache.samba.org/)

How about using ccache for wirdelands, too?

I made a little benchmarking on my lenovo X121e (cpu: AMD E-350, dual core, 1,6 GHz):

complete build with g++: 35m 24.787s

first complete build with ccache: 36m 15.745s
rebuilds with ccache: 5m 58.165s
