Connection between Metaserver and Website

The ggzd metaserver and the website should share the same mysql database. Once this is implemented on server site, registration of accounts via ggzd should be deactivated, as users should be able to manage their account via our website.

Things that should be implemented in the website:
* A user interface to set up the ggzd account (same name as the Widelands.org account (are spaces allowed in usernames - if yes, they need to be replaced for ggzd!)) -> the password for the ggzd will be another than the one on the website - user should be able to set/change it on their account page.
* There should be an option, so users can select, whether their game statistics should be shown on their profile page - if they select, the website should read out the statistics (wins, loses, points) of that user and list them.
* A Highscore (automatically updated once a day) for game statistics should be added. It should list wins, loses and points and should be sortable after these. Same as with the profile, users should be able to set up, whether their statistics show up in that list or not.
