Mobile Broadband Dongle support

Add support for Mobile Broadband dongles.
There are a number of mobile phones and USB dongles that support network access. NetworkManager has support for these.
These all support at least one serial interface that looks like a serial modem. The interface needs to send standard modem AT command plus a few unique commands to establish a connection. Then invoke pppd.
Many of the dongles and phones present a second serial interface that can be queried to give the network signal strength, battery level, and some other useful info. This could be used to automatically populate the display entry for this network.
