Improved Hidden Network Handling

Registered by Andrew Psaltis on 2009-06-04

The current way that wicd handles hidden networks is somewhat confusing.

What should be done is to prompt the user for the network name once a connection attempt is made to a hidden network. This can be accomplished by using a simple dialog, and the information should not be saved to disk.

This is how Windows Vista accomplishes this, and it seems to work quite well.
