Using the select tool, clicking an image will rotate it. Its rotation is not saved, and perhaps needs to be implemented by Selecting a shape drawing outlines on it, to allow moving and other operations (i.e Image menu)
-- 3 July 09 - Got the code working, just need to figure out a nice UI. Perhaps by selecting the drawn outline "handles", dragging around can change its rotation (obviously not limited to 90deg angles).
17th oct 09 -- could make grabbing an image's selection corner allow you to rotate the image from there (currently they do nothing; can only move the image)
28 oct -- all working, by grabbing the handles. Also: a menu item/dialog to edit it there, and flip it by a custom amount/ 90deg / 180 deg / 270 deg
perhaps adds in a cursor to indicate rotation at the handles
