Embed media into Whyteboard

It would be great to be able to embed in video and audio files into whyteboard. This will allow users of the program who are giving presentations an easy way to display external media without having to open an MP3 player for music, as well as a video player for video, AND switching between each program. whyteboard should just do it all

- moving the panel
- elapsed/total time (elapsed updates)
- volume slider
28 nov -- pretty pretty done. doesn't load a video on linux properly; takes several attempts sometimes!
