Supporting copy and paste will allow Whyteboard to read and write bitmap data from the clipboard.
A selection rectangle tool will be able to select a portion of Whyteboard's canvas and copy it.
This will allow it to annotate a screenshot for instance, and then select the changed result and copy back to the clipboard.
