Cairo and Poppler support

A recent discovery has been made, late into the project's lifecycle as a university project, of Poppler, a PDF rendering engine. There is a Python binding available for this, which, together with Cairo could bring significant advantages, and changes to Whyteboard.

Been researching into compiling Poppler / getting PyPoppler working on Windows.
kind of pointless if I can't get it to work

Got Poppler rendering on Windows. Have integrated a basic version that draws the PDF's first page with Cairo, but is really laggy on Windows -- probably from the mixing of multiple DCs
