Element types
dataElements are of different types helping GUIs to make them accessible in ways enhancing the user experiences but can also just represent the raw content string.
The following data types are implemented so far
TEXT - a text displayed in one line, usually short for titles, names...
TEXT_LINES (deprecated, should just be TEXT, how to display longer text is responsibility of the text editor, should not be part of element type definition) - for potentially longer texts which need multiple lines, lists of names for example, paragraphs....
DATE - a date where the date is interesting regarding year, month, day, hours and minutes
DATE_MONTH - a date where only the month is relevant
DATE_YEAR - a date where only the year is relevant
FILE - represents a file in the database
NUM_INT - an integer number
NUM_DOUBLE - a double number
LINK - a link to an external ressource not copied into the database
