Underline nicknames and starred names

One thing I liked about PHPGedView was the option to underline nick names and names surrounded by quotes.

The "Underline names in quotes" option has been removed. It was a feature inherited from PGV that confused many people, as well as operating contrary to the GEDCOM specification. Preferred names should be asterixed (e.g. 2 GIVN John Andrew*) which will render them underlined. Nick names should be added using the NICK tag which will render them in quotes.
