Clarify the WebSampConnector namespace

The WebSampConnector Javascript namespace is composed of 3 parts which should be split to clarify what is relevant to the implementation of the connector, and what is relevant to the client. I propose to split the Javascript file into 3 files:
websampconnector.js : the implementation itself
websampconnector.Handlers.js : the implementation of the handlers, which should be modified by the client
websampconnector.Interface.js : the implementation of the interface, which is optional and not necessary to the execution of the connector
