5 Typical reports when doing this kind of orders and payment processing:
for a given time period (start/end datetime)
1. items ordered
2. payments received
3. outstanding orders
4. orphan payments
5. problem orders.
1 and 2 are simply a dump of all transactions in a given range.
1 should have the option of sub-totalling on item: donations, tutorials, conference reg, any other thing with a cost. for tuts and reg - might be nice to get totals for each tutorial and each type of conference reg.
3 and 4 assume there is some link between item and a payments, and thus you can locate items that don't have a cosponsoring payment and the reverse.
5 is to help resolve things that show up on 3 and 4: it add related transactions which helps resolve confusion.
