yes, I think a little bit and
it should be highly configurable what should be shown
Sunrise and sunset are smart? (I think people don't care, about sunset and sunrise at once, after dawn, there should be sunrise and same for sunset)
Most people need to know (IMHO):
how weather will change (not know what weather is now [for location, where I am, I can look from window ;-)])
actual temperature
feeling temperature (windchill and so on)
and wind speed
