WBS Request Response within Sales Portal

Within Sales Portal let a user respond to a Requests that came through the Order Portal using the round trip e-mail function. The response would pull the original text of the request, insert key contact information (like name, company, etc.) into the response, then add the response as a note on the prospect record.
