1. New menu "Options"
1.a. Settingshandler to support this, both global and per collection
1.b. Source plugin priorities (global)
1.c. Default play time for casts (per collection) ( ? loved / not loved ? )
1.d. Loved frequency (rare, normal, frequent) PER PLUGIN!
1.e. Collection at start (last used or a specific collection, reset to Default if collection if deleted) (global)
1.f. Add to: end, beginning, or before other plugin (like with replacement), Also if beginning then stop current or not
1.g. Move the current "Collections" menu to be accessible from within this new "Options" menu
2. Lyrics lookup plugin
2.a. Drop the HTML info signal (wasn't supported ever anyways)
2.b. Instead, support for info plugins to add track actions like source plugins do
2.c. Initiate search only upon track action
2.d. Open lyrics in external browser or send non-fatal error message if not found
3. "Love" action in FMA and Online Radio
4. Track webpage or similar action in FMA, get data from FMA database
5. Reset button for Equalizer

1.a. & 1.b. are already implemented in 0.0.4
Created lyrics plugin. But have a better idea now. Let's make the openUrl signal part of plugin base, and let's add the "Lyrics search" command from the local files source plugin. Also add other commands, like "Home page" for FMA and shoutCast plugins. Remove the lyircs plugin, it doesn't worth the resources just for that one command.
