This is the first (beta test) release
Goal:
Allow Linux users to install Waver from binary .deb package through a personal PPA
Steps:
1. Create a branch for release 0.0.1
2. Bump version number in trunk
3. Create packaging recipe
4. Create the PPA, request build
5. Test the installation on a clean 17.04 virtual machine

- except #2: Versioning scheme is still to be determined.
Other than that, recipe tested, build & run-time dependencies discovered and set. Waver installed from PPA works on fresh 17.04 installation.
HOWEVER! Bug 1687301 has been discovered, this must be fixed as part of 0.0.1
Also: After bug fixed, changes made to the release-0.0.1 branch must be merged back to trunk.
