The selected strategy in the audit template is not take into account.

In the audit_template object, the 'strategy' attribute is optional. If the admin wants to force the trigger of a Strategy it could specify the Strategy uuid in the Audit Template.
This is not the case is the current implementation of watcher. We should fix that.
