Display action information in a separate template

As a cloud administrator, I would like to be able to get information of an action in the dashboard.
The current dashboard version does not allow administrators to check information of an specific action in a separate template, although some of this content is visible in other tabs (action-plans).
Creating a separate template for actions will enable cloud administrators to know the effects of an action. This could be accessed by a link provided in the uuid of an action either in actions tab or when listing actions of an action plan.

The following information will be included in the template:
 - uuid
 - type
 - action plan uuid (link)
 - state
 - input parameters
 - created at
 - updated at
 - next action
