Provide an easy to implement rest based api for use in mobile apps

This feature should allow mobile apps to access the informations gathered by wasgehtengine. Apps for specific platforms could easily developed as an alternative to mobile web to explore different possibilities. This could also be used by html5 "apps" mobile and desktop. We will draft the Api using the ether pad referenced above. We will also have to discuss if we *want* an api for wasgehtengine and how access to it is provided.
