OpenStreetMap Venues Importer

As we want to exploit possible synergies between wasgehtengine and the OpenStreetMap project (http://openstreetmap.org) a Venue-Importer makes a lot of sense. This importer (maybe a Java-Program or just a script?) queries the OSM database via the XAPI-interface (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Xapi) to get data of specific node- and area-types like "pub", "nightclub", etc. inside of the town's boundaries (configurable). The XML output can be parsed an a lot of information can be extracted, for instance: venue-type, geolocation, opening-hours, website, address, smoking/non-smoking... and inserted into wasgehtengine's database as venue objects.
