Night Map

Based on OpenStreetMap data we want to create a "Night Map" which renders all POI for people who are out at night. This includes Pubs, Bars, Night Clubs, Theathers, Cinemas, Kiosks, Supermarkets with long opening hours, Fast Food stores, etc.
Rendering is probably done best with Mapnik [1] which is also used by the Map on OpenStreetMap.org
The map should be used embedded in wasgehtengine as well as be served standalone.
