A initial set of stylesheets is now available for different device classes.
* Handheld devices or devices with small (horizontal) display-resolution get a 1-column layout and no background-image
* Desktop/Laptop devices with a common resolution get the known 2-column layout with background-image
* Widescreen devices (>= 1400px width) get a 3 column layout
