Add a theme installation tab

Add a "Theme management" tab to the wahcade-setup program after the "M.A.M.E." Only tab. This tab should have the ability to install and uninstall themes. I am not sure if a theme validation process could be transparently added to this process but I think that it would be convient to be able to install and remove a theme(s) without looking for hidden folders.
