Add in the ability to disable/enable the startup logo that appears when Wah!Cade starts up. It would be also a nice thing to be able to change that logo to another grahic of the users choice.

Added splash screen customisation options
  - splash_use, 1 or 0, enable/disable splash screen at startup
  - splash_border_width, set the border width of the splash screen (default 10, disable border with 0)
  - splash_show_text, 1 or 0 enable/disable text at the bottom of the splash screen.

If main-splash.png is found in the active layout directory it will be displayed in place of the standard pixmaps/wahcade-logo.png
