Removable Media Detection

WahCade should have the ability to detect when USB mass storage devices, such as SD cards, or USB Thumb drives contain roms, as Cart Dumpers such as the Retrode appear as USB Mass storage. pmount can allow user land mounting of removable media, and udev can handle detection, its just that WahCade needs to be aware of such events.
