Add support for optical devices (physical dvd/cdrom) to program.
- The system device would be specified in wahcade.ini (ie using cdrom_dev /dev/sr0)
- An option to use the device should be available in the emulator ini file
- An alternate emulator command line should be available if a device is to be used
- The device could be added to the top of the gameslist if required in ini.
