Improved Controller support

WahCade needs to have the ability to display information about what Controllers are connected to it, including the /dev/input/jsX information and USB ID of said controller in a dialogue box. It should be selectable based on Players 1-8 and the payer 1 Controller should be able to navigate information about controller inputs including button and axis information.
