Complete definition of xml

Players database of stations is expressed in XML. The definition of this XML needs to be completed but it has to be done professionally so that it has relevance to the Content Aggregator and other parties involved in the backend systems supplying informatoin to the player. At least complete the definition to rev 1 because this can be quite complex as the application is very wide. Blueprint of player implementing the new defined XML will be done after the XML is defined.
