Remember Last Search & Last Station & Last Track & Where

Currently player starts fresh everytime it is turned on. The station list can be very long and repeating the last search can be tedious. Player should come on at the last station played (before it was turned on or crashed?) and be set at the last search option. Further, if station played is a podcast, player should remember which podcast (see vrdo-podcast-functions) where it is (?) and proceed from there. However, this is complicated because station must have the option of disabling this.
