Add notifications from zabbix to vitrage per zabbix event

Write a script which can be defined in Zabbix server as a mediatype. The script will run for every Zabbix event and will get from zabbix as input: Vitrage's OpenStack message bus url, the event's trigger status i.e. OK or PROBLEM and additional fields such as host name, trigger name, trigger severity etc. The script will send these to Vitrage's message bus. On Vitrage's side support to read those notifications from the message bus must be added and the transformer should be modified to support the format of the message send by the script.
