Support Nested Heat Stacks

Vitrage heat.stack datasource retrieves Heat stacks with their resources, but it does not support nested Heat stacks. In case of a nested stack, it is created in Vitrage as a detached vertex and has no relationship to any other resource in the graph.
We need to support the nested stacks as well.
