Basic support for templates with overlapping targets

Vitrage templates can relate to the same entity and/or the same properties of this entity. For example, two templates that change the state of an instance. Another example is two templates that raise the same deduced alarm. We need to support such cases. While complex rules for handling templates might be eventually needed, here we aim at basic intuitive support for most use cases.
