Configure Nagios Alarm Names

Currently nagios_conf.yaml file is used to configure the resource type and resource name of a Nagios host.
When a service fails, Nagios datasource creates in Vitrage an alarm with the service name. This name is not always meaningful without the context of the host.
We would like a way to configure the name that is given to the alarm. For example, instead if "Uptime" service failed for a switch, call the alarm "switch_failure".
